Pet & Animal Policies
A welcoming and safe environment is paramount to all of our residents. To help ensure ALL of our residents understand our pet and animal-related policies we require to complete a third-party screening and review process. This process ensures we have formalized pet and animal-related policy acknowledgments and more accurate records to create greater mutual accountability.

No Pets or Animals
This is a required application process for anyone that does NOT own a pet or animal. There is no cost ($) to you for completing the application process
This is a required application process for anyone that owns a household pet. This includes dogs and cats and might include pets that live in cages such as birds, hamsters, rabbits, snakes or fish tanks (because of the contained water) so please ask your housing provider for clarification regarding these types of pets
This is a required review process for anyone with a non-obvious disability and disability-related need for an assistance animal. This process provides a HIPAA compliant and secure way of submitting a reasonable accommodation request for an assistance animal (service animals, emotional support animals, companion animals, etc.) that will be reviewed by a third-party legal review team to ensure the accommodation request meets HUD’s Fair Housing Act guidelines. There is no cost ($0) to you to submit an accommodation request. Please make sure you are aware of your State’s laws, if any, for submitting a fraudulent accommodation request
* NOTICE TO ALL RESIDENTS & APPLICANTS: Everyone must complete the screening process. This is not only for pet and animal owners but also for residents and applicants that DO NOT own a pet or animal.

Pet & Animal Policy
Only small to medium sized (over 50lbs requires approval and may be subject to increase pet fee), 2 pet limit, non-violent, common domesticated household pets will be allowed on any property that permits animals. Please make sure the property you are applying for accepts pets. Unless specific zoning laws permit, farm animals, snakes, other reptiles, exotic animals, and any large or aggressive animal will not be approved.
Prohibited dog breed list: Rottweilers, Staffordshire Terriers, Pit Bull Terriers, American Bulldog, Bullmastiff, Akitas, Shar Pei, Dalmation, Presa Canarios, Dobermans, German Shephards, Chows, Huskies, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, St. Bernards, Mastiffs, Wolf hybrids and mixed breeds of any of the above or any other breeds expressly prohibited by owner’s home insurance policy will not be approved. Exceptions to the prohibited breed list may be granted for qualified service animals, licensed breed, trained military/K9 working dogs, or for those with an insurance policy with specific coverage for pet damage and for the specific breed.
All dogs must be at least 1 year of age.
Non-refundable pet fee due at time of deposit (per pet): $300.00
Monthly pet rent: $25.00 a month fee (per pet).
The applicant must provide a picture of each pet. Picture to be of pet with applicant. Current shot records must be provided.
